Most often, candidates are sourced by means of a direct approach following extensive research (Executive Search), or in response to advertisements placed in quality national, regional or trade press, or in suitable online locations.

We take the view that the best candidates are already successful in their present roles and are well looked after by an employer with whom their career prospects seem sound.

Our task is to reach out to them, persuade them to consider an alternative outside their current environment, assess them against your needs, and create the circumstances that enable you to secure their services.

We have made it our practice to avoid rigid specialisation in specific sectors. This leaves us free to search relevant organisations, networks and industries without the restriction of 'off limits' companies.

We undertake only assignments within our capability and where we are confident of delivering the results you need. If we are not comfortable with the detail of the brief, the suitability of our skill sets, or even the relationship, we will not take the assignment.
