In almost every case, we are retained by clients to work on assignments on an exclusive basis. That means our starting point is having a client with a specific requirement.
We then go to the marketplace to seek candidates who meet the requirements of the assignment and for whom the proposition is attractive.
We do however, welcome approaches from speculative candidates considering their next career move. Details will be held in our confidential files pending an appropriate assignment. When submitting your details, please do so by email, as a Word attachment, providing details of your most recent remuneration package and an outline of the type of position you seek.
We do not submit candidate details to a client without prior agreement, or without a specific position in mind. Nor do we put forward candidates who have not been interviewed personally by one of our consultants.
In summary, we find people for jobs, not jobs for people.
